[Video] The Primacy of Consciousness - Peter Russell

So, it's been awhile since I posted anything, yes. I've been dealing with health and personal issues that have kept me distracted from this page, sorry. No music is especially underway or forthcoming soon, but I expect that to change within weeks. Jim Marrs has given me permission to sample him and I expect that to catch my interest again one of these days.

THAT said, here's a playlist of some nifty videos of Peter Russell giving a lecture on consciousness. I would call it fundamental viewing for all. I learned all of this stuff over the past decade-plus, but still truly enjoyed his presentation. It's about an hour all told, but if it bores you...well, maybe you should just go watch some football or something.

Aw, bull...NOTHING is more important than understanding your own damn consciousness. Just spend the hour, give your attention, and EXPAND something in there already. :) Thank you.

DO SOME FRICKIN' RESEARCH. Sheesh, it's going in YOUR body, fer chrissakes. Manda and I spend a lot of time and effort on trying to eat properly (my health depends upon it, even moreso than most) and this little video left us at or near tears. In the good way. ;)

Presenting my latest track, "Born to Shop". It was inspired by a series of videos (and one in particular) on YouTube. I heartily commend the folks from said videos for their actions and have been granted permission for the samples by Charlie himself (and see his comment below, even). Please, keep that stuff up, fellas. We need more people like you, we do.

The song was built starting with the vocals and sculpting the rest around them over many hours...about 60 of them, from start to finish. My back even went out in the middle of the whole process. (Much better today!) Whee. :) It was created using Ableton Live 6 and Audacity, mostly. It is the latest in my series of 'conversation-starting songs'. :) Here's to hoping it can!

I don't listen for the specific genres; I listen for the awesome sampling throughout them. :)

[Video] Fight The New World Order With Global Non Compliance

Truly a succinctly informative video on the state of things. Well worth the half-hour or so that it will take you. Max Igan definitely knows his stuff.

Understand your enemy, and understand the weapons they use. Then use those same weapons against them. The money system is the head of the snake. Cut the head off the snake and the rest of it will whither and die. There need be No violence, no guns, no banners, no slogans, no group think, just a united act of global non compliance. Remember that it is much easier to fight for principles than to live up to them and it takes a far braver man to stand up for what is right and spit in the face of authority than it does to blindly follow orders due to fear of the consequences. There IS NO division and its time for everyone to understand the truth of this. It is through the constantly promoted illusion of division that the system is able to function but in order for it to do so, it needs public compliance.
